Below are dates that should be used a guideline of what is to come in the next few months. - Sept 6th - The challenge rules will be release on the FB page. - Sept. 10th-Sept. 17th weigh-in. Times listed on the private FB page. FB access granted upon registration. You will receive your athlete binder when you weigh in. The binder will be your challenge guide to record goals, nutrition, weight, measurements, body fat, and training schedule. - Sept. 10th 7-day DETOX begins for the Nutrition Perk group. Add this detox to your registration for only $25 in the store section. - Sept. 10th Yoga BEGINS a week early! - Sept. 14th daily and weekly meal plans along with the weekly workouts will be released. Be on the look out for the links on our WLG 12 Week Fall Challenge page. - Sept. 17th Challenge begins! Last day for weigh ins! - Sept. 17th Bod Pod will be at WLG. Separate sign up sheet for this body fat test. This test is optional but highly informative. Sign up in the store section for $60 for both before and after testing. - Sept. 23rd log into FitClients.com and record your 1st weekly weigh in.
