Congratulations on your decision to join the 2020 12 Week Summer Strong Challenge! Whether this is your first or thirteenth
challenge you will be amazed at the power of a motivated group of individuals all with the same goal of bettering themselves.

Step 1 - Register for the challenge
Go to the Summer Strong Challenge Information page and choose your Challenge Package. Start by selecting one of the following packages:
- Base Package $1679 (Challenge & InBody - no training)
- Training Package $249 (Challenge, InBody PLUS 12 Training Sessions)
You may grab any a la carte options at the same time your purchase your registration. You can add these on at any time during the Challenge as well even if the Challenge has already begun.

- 10 Challenge Training Sessions $99
- 8 Week Pull Up Program $25
- 8 Week Strength Program $25
- 12 Week Running Program $25
- 12 Week Spin Bike Program $25
- All 4 Training Programs $75
PLEASE NOTE: If more than one person is registering for the challenge, please create a SEPARATE ACCOUNT for each person with the correct name associated with their perks/a la carte items.

Step 2 - JOIN THE Facebook PAGE
Go to Facebook and request to "join" WLG 2020 12 Week Summer Strong Challenge AFTER you register online at workoutlikeagirl.com. ONLY those who have registered for the Challenge will be accepted. Once on the FB group you will need to book your weigh in time.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have a Facebook account, the meals and workouts can be easily accessed this year via our website!

Step 3 - book your weigh in time
Once you are on the Facebook Page you will see the weigh-in schedule posted by February 22nd. Please schedule your weigh in time as soon as you can and do not come late. Instructions for weigh ins will be posted via FB closer to start of the Challenge.
INBODY TESTING will be conducted on DURING your selected weigh ins time. Weigh ins will be conducted from February 29th from 6-8am and 9am-12pm.. - If you want to weigh in and cannot make the above weighs in times listed you may contact Kendra Eichler at workoutlikeagirl@gmail.com to determine other weigh in times that will be available. |
STEP 4 - DOWNLOAD THE APP
Download the mobile app (Android or iPhone) in order to sign up easily for all your training times! Class schedule will be located there.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be unable to book ANY classes until February 29th when your Challenge sessions become "ACTIVE".

Step 5 - Hit the store
You will find the following items list helpful to navigate the next 12 weeks during your Challenge journey. You can purchase these items wherever they are the most affordable for you. This list suggested list is not required in order to enter the Challenge.
