Whether you currently charge the pavement or are just thinking about getting up on your feet for the fist time in a long time, we will design an individualized plan just for you! To help we have broken down the program you are looking for into 4 categories. They are as follows:
5k Walk to Run Rx – This program is for those that would like to progress from an inactive athlete ready to get rolling towards the walker/runner.
5k Lite – The 5k Lite program is for athletes that can run 5 kilometers with the main goal of being able to complete without walking. This program will continue to adapt your energy systems and result in a lower 5k time.
5k High Performance – This is the most challenging of the 5k programs and is designed for those athletes that have developed a sense of competition within themselves or others. If you have had trouble improving your 5k time, this high intensity program will help give you the competitive edge to raise your own limits!
10k High Performance – The 10k High Performance program will start where the 5k High Performance program leaves off and challenge you even further. For those that take the challenge of this program will find themselves achieving improved 10k times and building confidence to test yourself in the coming Bay Bridge 10k Race! We will see you there!
